Camping,Baseball,and Playing

We decided to go camping this weekend so Friday afternoon we headed up ON the mountain. It was nice to relax for awhile and let the kids run and play. It is always hard to come back to reality after being up there.




Ron's brothers Wayne and Jace went with us and stayed in our trailer with us wayne had is baby maddux also but i didn't get any pics of him.

Oh we were so dirty . They had so much fun though.

Lainee was right at home she didn't have to have her face washed all day she loved it.

Hi. For just 25cents per day you can feed us for a whole week. The kids looked like orphans by the time we went home.

Lainee in her matching,inside out, backwards out fit that she put on her self. I have learned to pick and choose my battles. So when were home she gets to dress herself.

Tanner has been playing t-ball for the past 6 weeks but i have Forgotten my camera every time so this was his last game. Hitting the ball.

Playing second base. He loves baseball and he's pretty good in t-ball they don't keep score but if you get someone out they are out. Well usually no one ever get out because the kids don't really know what they are doing. Tanner gets a couple of kids out every game. Some one always end up crying. He might get to go to coach pitch next year I hope he is ready.

New Kids on the Block

OK so any of you who know me know that when I was younger like 11 or 13 or something I can't quite remember I along with a few of my friends (you know who you are) were huge New kids on the block fans. I loved them if they sold it I had it. Yes even the dolls complete with the stage and mic's. Everything. Well eventually they faded away and i outgrew them and I sent all their stuff to di.(except the dolls my nieces and daughters still play with the little nkotb dolls at grandmas house). Well recently I have seen in the news that the Boston boys have gotten back together. Just being curious I decided to check out their new video on vh1. I was actually impressed they still kinda have it. OK maybe I am a little partial because I have so many fond memories of them. Check it out at the link and see what you think. I wont tell my husband though he would never stop making fun of me.

Fishing

Saturday we took the kids fishing. We went up parowan canyon somewhere. It was fun The kids had a good time. We had a couple of bites but only caught one fish and I didn't have the camera for that.

All in all it was a pretty good day. It was nice to be out enjoying some of the good weather with my man and our children.

Happy Fathers day to the greatest dad ever. This post is a little late but deserving none the less. I love you Dad and thanks for all you do for me.

To another great dad. Thanks for being an awesome dad and loving your children the way you do. They all love you so much in return. We appreciate everything you do!

And what a fathers day present. We had recorded the race because we had a barbecue at Ron's moms and step-dads after church. Then we went right from that 4 and met derrick at his house for cake and ice-cream for shaycie's b-day. We got home around six or after and cleaned up the house a little and were so tired we layed down to watch the race and it could not have been better. What a great end to a great day. Their is nothing like watching you driver go to victory lane ( especially when it has been a while). Congrats Jr. I hope to see many more.

Update

OK so I have not been missing. My computer has been having issues and we had to take it in. They had to wipe everything out and we had to start all over. What a pain we lost almost everything. But I am back in action. Well I do have a few updates The big one. Most of you already know. An old girlfriend of Ron's form high school let us know that Ron might have a daughter that he did not know about. We first learned about this four years ago as her parents were going through a divorce. At the time with the advice of professionals and many friends and family we decided that this would not be a good time to tell her then 10 at the time. About a month ago a friend of hers whose mother decided to inform her daughter of this told her at school. We decided it was time to see and with her wishes we determined paternity and well we have a new daughter. Her name is Kaylie she is 14 years old. She is a wonderful girl. The kids adore her and so do I. She is great she blends in with us so well and spends as much time as she can get away with here. OK take your hand and place it under your jaw and push it back up off the floor! It really is not that big of a deal. We feel that we were somehow incomplete without her and really do love her. We are thankful for her and can't wait for all of you to meet her. And kaylie you know how much we love you girl.

Weekend

Well this weekend was our big cattle cut and drive. We headed over to help my dad with everything . But first Saturday we had a little fun. Grandma busted out the water slide and the kids had a ball.

Sunday was the big cow day. Stetson on the fence sizing things up. He isn't sure if he's ready to take the plunge into the corral or not.

Tanner is checking things out also. He hung on the fence but their was no way he was getting in.

Lainee in the back of the truck. That was as far as I could get her for the first 20 min. It took her awhile to warm up.

Preslie on the other hand had no fear. She wanted to get in with the calves so bad she kept trying to crawl through the gate. Ron and sheena finally had to take turns and carry her in by the cows.

The trek was long and hot and by the time we reached horse valley I was too wore out for anymore pictures. It was a good time though. My kids really look forward to this every year as do I.
