Happy Birthday Lainee!!

Thursday January 22ND was Lainee's 4Th birthday. We had her favorite food (macaroni and cheese and breadsticks) for dinner and some of her grandparents and cousins and aunts and uncles came over. She had good time all day she kept telling me mom its my bertday. (she has a south Bronx accent) I was thrilled when I found out I was pregnant with lainee. We had been trying for about 5 or 6 months and so when it happened we were so excited. When I was about 16 weeks along I was getting ready for work and started spotting. The doctors said I had a linear band and told me all sorts of horrifying things that it would cause. We went up to a specialist in salt lake a few days later and found out that not only was everything fine and there was no band, but that we were going to have a girl. I did not actually believe this until she was born. We have so loved her and enjoy her so much. She is her mommy's girl. She follows me everywhere and does exactly what I am doing. She is just a joy to have around and I am so thankful that she is in my life.

A long week

well my first week of the diet has been a long one of ups and downs. But I am happier to say I am 5 pounds lighter. only 25 more to go for my goal that good news. It has been a long week however of sick children stetson stared with fever and sore throat on Thursday and Friday we went to the doctor for meds and Friday night lainee started and had to suffer through the weekend until today. we headed to the doctor again for more meds.I hope no one else gets it. so since lainee has been sick I cant move from her her side so the really bad news is this is all the movement my treadmill got!

WE have four more days until the diet begins I will make my pledge on Monday and that is the official first day of the battle. I hope to See you all there.

Birthdays and christmas!

First of all as I have been slow at posting lately. I would like to tell my Baby Girl Happy Birthday. Preslie celebrated her 2nd birthday on the 22nd of December. She was unexpected but not unwanted. We loved her from the go and knew she was a part of us long before she ever entered this earth. Preslie is a joy she is a mom and dads girl she likes and equal share of us. She is growing so fast and has been talking in full sentences for a few months now. She loves to play babies and barbies with lainee and follow mom around all day. She is always saying mom I love you. Just for the heck of it. I love you sweet baby girl happy 2nd birhtday!!

When prslie was born. I was induced because I didn't want to go into labor on christmas eve and miss christmas. She was due january 1st but they induced me december 22nd.I had about 2 hours of labor at the most before she came into the world.

Rons mom and step dad stayed with us for Christmas. It was fun for us and the kids to have gpa and gma around.

I think the kids all got what they wanted a wii a gun a bow dolls games for the wii clothes and lots of other stuff.They all seemed happy and pleased with santa and we had a good time. I love Christmas and am always sad when it's over and look forward to next year. Happy New Year to all of you and yours.

Lainee's day!

So the snow has come this year and the kids have been having a ball in it. Except for lainee who has no snow boots and gloves. She has a snow suit but not the boots. So every time the boys went out to play in the snow she would cry to go . So we headed to was-mart today to get her and tanner some boots.(tanner had been using mine). We bought her some cute princess ones that can also be used as shoes and some gloves and came home she suited right up and had a ball playing out in the snow all by herself.

Well bell followed her around so she wasn't entirely alone.


Preslie decided to throw on tanners boots and head out while I was taking pictures. She wanted to play out there so bad but I told her she was too little. She did not like that at all!!

She loved it until she fell and the snow hit her hand and that was the end of the world. She started screaming I had to get her in.

This is lainee's first year of dance she has done so well and loves it. Tonight was her first recital. This is backstage all dressed and ready to go.

I gave the camera to kaylie to take pics but I forgot to turn the camera to night time and so the pics need to be touched up but here is lainee on stage. She did so good she owned that stage. It being her first time I was worried that she would not do her dance. She pranced right out and knew every move and smiled the whole time she loved it . I am so proud of her. I love you sweet heart you are such a wonderful little dancer.

The Biggest loser!!

So I have been thinking about this and then I seen Josie's post on her blog about it. We all make our new years resolution and I am sure half of ours is always to loose weight. I want to loose 26 more pounds. But I am not willing to start a diet until after the holidays It would be doomed from the start. So starting January 2ND. I will be hitting the diet and the treadmill. If anyone wants to join me I say we make a pledge mine is 26 pounds. We don't have to disclose our weight just the number we want to loose and then we will weigh every Monday and post our weight loss or our progress. I think it is easier to stick to a diet if other people are there to do it with you and to get your report. I will be using the south beach diet and a treadmill. As this has been successful for me in the past you can each use your own way. Let me know if your on board and we will begin our journey to be the biggest losers.
